The Community Bank facility within Wheaton North Commons is a 5,000 SF full-service branch that offers a modern banking experience complete with a drive-through for added convenience. In addition to the retail banking environment on the ground level, the building features a full basement, which includes an employee break room, public restrooms, and a future public meeting room, adding to its functionality.

The Doyle team brought Community Bank into the Wheaton North Commons project as a key participant when they were seeking to open a branch in the area. Recognizing the opportunity, they purchased the site and became an integral part of the development before construction began. Their involvement was a crucial piece in assembling the broader development puzzle in collaboration with the other investment partners/owners.
