Wheaton College aimed to transform part of their existing campus by creating a dynamic Student Services Building, designed to support students in obtaining financing, consulting with guidance counselors, and enjoying a relaxing lounge area. The project also included renovations to the existing campus bookstore and gift shop and a 30,000 SF mechanical system upgrade to an occupied facility.

Doyle’s ability to stay nimble and work in close partnership with Wheaton College was a key factor in the success of this project. We collaborated closely with the client to ensure their vision was brought to life while efficiently managing the evolving project needs. Our team’s proactive communication and flexible approach allowed us to stay on schedule, delivering a fully functional space that supports student engagement and services in time for the start of the school year.
