The Springbrook Medical Building is a state-of-the-art facility spanning 30,000 SF, including a 6,000 SF compounding pharmacy, specifically designed to meet the needs of medical tenants. The project prioritizes patient accessibility, incorporating additional features beyond ADA (American Disabilities Act) requirements to ensure a welcoming environment for all. Advanced automation and control systems facilitate critical operations such as HVAC, fire alarms, lighting, and building access, enhancing both functionality and safety.

Doyle's commitment to this project endured a challenging four-year hiatus after the initial investment group withdrew. Fortunately, the vision of Mr. Tom Marks from Martin Avenue Pharmacy reignited the project. Our historical knowledge and expertise proved invaluable as we meticulously managed costs, successfully remaining under budget despite the significant time lapse since the original estimate. The medical building's completion seamlessly transitioned into the establishment of the Martin Avenue Pharmacy, marking a significant addition to the community's healthcare infrastructure.
