The Village of Glen Ellyn sought to renovate and expand its existing clubhouse, including an upgraded restaurant space with a new bar. The project involved a 15,000 SF expansion, incorporating a new kitchen, banquet facility, multiple bars, and an outdoor seating area for the enhanced Reserve 22 restaurant.

This renovation took place alongside ongoing golf course and driving range improvements while the pro shop and locker rooms remained open, requiring the Doyle team to maintain public access through the construction zone. Careful planning ensured safe pathways for both workers and guests. Despite these complexities, the project was successfully completed, modernizing the restaurant and enhancing the overall clubhouse experience.
