Phonak initially sought to remodel their existing facility, which led to a greater need for assembly, manufacturing, and corporate meeting space. The first phase of the project involved an extensive 80,000 SF renovation of the light manufacturing plant, offices, warehouse, break areas, and the installation of a full commercial kitchen. This fast-tracked phase was successfully completed in just five months. The subsequent phase expanded the management area by an additional 14,000 SF and the assembly space by 20,000 SF.

Throughout the entire construction process, Phonak remained fully operational and occupied, experiencing significant growth and quadrupling in size during the renovations. This remarkable transformation was completed on time, and within budget, while minimizing disruptions of the business.
