Moraine Valley Community College faced the dual challenge of needing expanded parking and updated tennis and basketball facilities to be built on their existing campus, all while maintaining the school’s busy athletic and academic schedules. Doyle addressed this by strategically phasing the project into three stages, carefully coordinating each phase to minimize disruption and align with the school’s operational needs.

Our dedicated construction team successfully transformed the site by demolishing the old tennis and basketball courts and replacing them with a new 450-stall parking lot, while also constructing a new 12-court tennis and basketball outdoor complex. This new complex incorporates advanced lighting technology that reduces the fixture count and offers internet-based control. The updated facilities enhance parking capacity and provide the college with a modern sports complex that meets their needs for both functionality and innovation. The multi-phased project was completed on time and within scope.
