The 25,000 SF medical office building within Wheaton North Commons was designed to maximize efficiency through careful floor planning, creating a highly usable space for multiple medical practices. A state-of-the-art web-based building automation system was installed to monitor and control HVAC, lighting, and building access systems, ensuring a seamless and modern experience for tenants and visitors alike.

A unique aspect of this project, the design called for construction of a partial basement below only the central part of the building. This design provided an underground space for switch gears and storage without requiring a full basement, and its central location allowed convenient access from the floors above while also ensuring power could be efficiently distributed throughout the building.
