Lake Barrington Shores sought to renovate their aging recreation facility, a project that had been in consideration for over ten years as they worked to secure funding. Doyle made this long-awaited renovation a reality by scrutinizing the proposed design and presenting extensive value engineering options to reduce costs by nearly 20%, aligning with the project's strict budget constraints. The comprehensive 35,000 SF renovation included an addition that provided meeting rooms, event spaces, a club/card room, a library, a fitness center and studio, as well as both indoor and outdoor pools, locker rooms with saunas, a game room with billiards, and office space.

The project involved significant work on the original construction, including extensive mechanical upgrades. Despite these challenges, we successfully completed the renovation on time and within budget, enhancing the facility's offerings for the community.
