INX International needed to expand their Research & Development facility to accommodate additional laboratory areas. This project included a 32,417 SF addition designed to enhance INX’s laboratory capabilities, as well as a second phase that focuses on renovating existing bathrooms, lunchrooms, and conference areas.
During construction, the Doyle team encountered challenges related to poor soil conditions adjacent to wetland areas, necessitating extensive earthwork beyond the original scope. To maintain the project schedule despite these setbacks, we partnered with another contractor to implement lime stabilization. This proactive approach enabled us to address the soil issues effectively and complete the project on time, ensuring INX International could continue their essential research and development activities without interruption.
