Doyle has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with Glen Oak Country Club, completing over 15 projects, including a variety of renovations and new construction. We undertook three significant projects at Glen Oak Country Club simultaneously. The projects included the construction of a 13,500 SF combination Gun Club House, Maintenance Facility, and Dormitory, a 13,000 SF renovation of the locker room and pro shop, and the design-build of a 3,500 SF Caddy Shack and bag storage facility.

Managing these projects concurrently required extensive coordination to ensure that work flowed seamlessly between each phase, minimizing disruptions to the club’s operations. By overlapping various trades and adjusting schedules to accommodate each project’s needs, we successfully delivered all three projects on time and in time for the golf season.
