Garfield Crossing was a new-construction, transformative redevelopment project that replaced a long-vacant parking lot and former hardware store, revitalizing an entire city block that had remained unused for over a decade. The new 27,000 SF multipurpose building offers space for retail and office tenants and features a 46-space parking lot to accommodate visitors and tenants.

This project presented significant site engineering challenges, primarily due to elevation differences between the property and adjacent roads. Doyle engineered and shored substantial retaining walls to stabilize these changes and coordinated closely with the city to avoid traffic disruption. Despite these complexities, we completed Garfield Crossing on time, maintaining active road access and delivering a dynamic new asset to the community.
