Community Bank Wheaton/Glen Ellyn have entrusted Doyle with multiple projects over an 11-year period. Of note, the County Farm bank project involved new construction alongside the Wheaton Executive Center. The site presented tough soil conditions that required extensive pumping, as well as special wetland planting of trees to preserve a pristine bird habitat, which we managed to leave unharmed.

In Glen Ellyn, we undertook a 15,000 SF addition and complete remodel of the bank's first location on Roosevelt Road. This project faced the challenge of building code changes, necessitating the new addition to be constructed as a “commercial” structure, which complicated the tie-in to the existing “residential” building. The zero lot line construction, full-depth basement, and underpinning of the existing structure added layers of complexity to the project.

Despite the obstacles presented by both projects, we successfully completed them on time and within budget, reinforcing our reputation as a reliable partner for Community Bank Wheaton / Glen Ellyn.
