Cadence Health wanted to build a new medical office building to accommodate multiple private practices. Doyle completed the construction of the two-story, 40,000 SF medical building, including 30,000 SF high-end medical buildouts for four different practices, including a rehabilitation suite. The project also involved providing several acres of parking. The LEED certified building includes a masonry and glass curtain wall facade, as well as an intricate Pilkington entrance canopy system.

Working through winter posed a significant challenge as we completed carpentry and framing without any HVAC in place. Multiple elements of the building’s façade required precise coordination to ensure the design intent was met. The entry canopy was particularly complex, involving intricate design details that required careful planning. Additionally, integrating the electrical lighting within the framing members and coordinating the spandrel glass and wall design required meticulous execution to maintain a seamless appearance. Despite these challenges, the project was completed on time and within budget, allowing us to deliver a state-of-the-art medical office building that meets Cadence Health's needs.
