The Athletico Physical Therapy storefront was part of a new construction redevelopment project on a 1-acre site that replaced an old dealership. Doyle managed the demolition of the existing structure, allowing the site to be split into two lots, one designated for the new 3,700 SF physical therapy facility.

The demolition process presented initial complexities, but we maximized efficiency by recycling concrete and other materials, resulting in cost savings for the project. With careful planning and coordination, the new facility was successfully completed on time and within budget, providing a modern space for Athletico to serve its clients.
