Antunes required additional space for their operations, leading to a multi-phase project that began with a 40,000 SF addition to their manufacturing facility. After Doyle successfully completed the first phase, Antunes engaged our team to execute the construction for the remodeling of their entire office area and the reconfiguration of the manufacturing floor layout. This expansion included a 15,000 SF second-floor addition, the relocation of electronic and water laboratories, reconfiguration of manufacturing equipment, and the build-out of training classrooms and a fitness center, along with an extensive renovation of the existing office space.

Both phases of the project were executed during the winter to meet the owner’s critical deadlines, all while maintaining operations within the facility. We successfully completed the work on time despite challenging cold working conditions, ensuring uninterrupted project flow throughout construction.
