Doyle Commercial General Contracting Services

General Contracting

Delivering projects through a traditional approach to collaborative and competitive construction work

Doyle’s general contracting services are provided as part of a traditional design-bid-build model where the owner engages an architect to create construction documents that are put out for bid to one or more contractors. Once selected, our approach is characterized by close collaboration with both owner and architect. We are flexible about the Permitting process, understanding it can occur either before or alongside the bidding process if managed by the owner or architect, or afterward if we handle it. This approach enables owners to obtain competitive bids and is most effective when contractors collaborate well, uphold project quality, and offer competitive pricing. As the most traditional project delivery method, we are often selected to serve as the general contractor for public projects.
