As your construction manager, Doyle serves a single point of contact for a full-spectrum of services, including cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, bidding, and coordinating all construction activities. While the owner continues to work directly with a designer, we manage the construction process, including all disciplines and trades, to ensure smooth execution. We’ll recommend whether to award a single contract to a general contractor or multiple contracts to specialty contractors, with the owner maintaining direct relationships with the contractors. For greater control over costs, we offer a Construction Management ‘At Risk’ option where we take on more responsibility for project expenses. While this model involves more accountability on our part, it can lead to potential cost reductions for the owner.
